Dr. Kelsey McAlister leads the Fit Minded science team, overseeing research scientists, managing training and development, and representing the science function in leadership discussions. With three years at Fit Minded, she works directly with clients across the portfolio, integrating science into business strategy and product development, and steps in for Dr. Huberty when needed.
Jaime Bailey
Program Manager, Clinical & Compliance
Jaime Bailey leads execution of clinical and compliance infrastructure at Fit Minded, managing day-to-day operations across RCTs and company-wide compliance initiatives. She holds an MS in Exercise Physiology and brings hands-on experience in clinical research operations across academic, federal, and industry-funded settings.

Sarah Todd leads executive services at Fit Minded, supporting the CEO and leadership team across operations, client engagement, and project execution. With ten years of experience in healthcare tech startups, she is the operational backbone that keeps client work and internal priorities moving forward.

Rodger Huberty oversees financial strategy and accounting at Fit Minded, bringing over three decades of senior-level financial leadership. He ensures the business is built on a sound financial foundation as Fit Minded scales.
Mandy Poston
Chief Operations Officer
Mandy Poston brings 20 years of operational leadership across startups and growth-stage companies, with experience as both CEO and COO. At Fit Minded she builds and oversees the systems, processes, and cross-functional infrastructure that allow the science team to deliver consistently across a growing client portfolio.
Laura Beavin, PhD
Chief Marketing Officer
Laura Beavin leads marketing at Fit Minded, bringing 20 years of experience applying behavioral science to business growth. With a PhD in cognitive psychology, she has built biometric research labs, led growth at early-stage companies, and launched consumer health apps. She ensures Fit Minded's evidence-based approach is communicated with clarity and impact across every channel.

Gustavo Reyes leads technology strategy and product development at Fit Minded, with over a decade of experience helping startups and growing businesses build and scale digital products. He oversees application development, digital transformation, and long-term systems infrastructure that supports the Fit Minded team and its clients.

Dr. Chad Stecher
Dr. Chad Stecher is an Assistant Professor in the College of Health Solutions at Arizona State University, and he is an Strategic Partner at Fit MindedTM. Dr. Stecher’s research uses behavioral economic theory and econometric techniques to study health habits and to design and test interventions for maintaining healthier lifestyles. Dr. Stecher also uses large administrative health data and machine learning/AI methods to examine physicians’ treatment choice and quality of care. Dr. Stecher is passionate about applying data science approaches to answering important and impactful public health questions around the world.
Dr. Jacqueline Kerr
Dr Jacqueline Kerr is in the top 1% of most cited scientists worldwide. She received over $56 million in federal funds in her own 20 year public health research career and in the last 5 years has helped over 150 researchers from around the world to receive over $30 million in funding. Dr Kerr helps clients to choose the most appropriate funding mechanism, to understand the review process, to help design relevant aims, and to write the most persuasive application. Dr Kerr assists her clients to build a study rationale that goes beyond the science and appeals to reviewers’ emotions. She helps communicate clear innovations and justifies the study design. In particular, Dr Kerr guides clients to demonstrate the impact of their work so that reviewers are motivated to support the proposal. Dr Kerr has specific expertise in behavioral science, community based research, and implementation science.
Esther Howard
Esther Howard is the Founder and CEO of Bezyl, a global mental health innovation company focused on connecting effective, evidence-based solutions with the people who need them most. She began her career in oncology drug development, leading programs from early research through regulatory approval and commercialization across pharmaceutical and biotech organizations. Esther has expertise in scientific validation, global regulatory strategy, and translating innovation into real-world impact. She founded Bezyl to address the gap between rapid mental health innovation and the accessibility of meaningful solutions, and her work focuses on building global ecosystems that connect innovators, clinicians, researchers, and communities. She is particularly passionate about expanding access for underserved populations, including Indigenous communities across North America, and is a frequent speaker on mental health innovation and real-world validation.
Jessica Hylek
Jess/ica Hylek is a multidisciplinary graphic designer based in Los Angeles, CA, specializing in branding systems, print and digital marketing, UI optimization, data visualization, and design strategy for growing businesses and entrepreneurs.
